Gakic Ingredients

After the successful launch and campaigning of company Muscletech for the new supposed breakthrough supplement Gakic, many questions have been asked as to the products effectiveness, potential side effects and in particular ingredients.

When a supplement promises a benefit so dramatic people inevitably want to know how. In this article I will attempt to discuss the ingredients of Gakic in the hope of demonstrating why the guys at Muscletech might just be more than great marketers.

Firstly to lay it out for you the ingredients of Gakic as stated in the products documentation are:

First and foremost glycine-l-arginine-alpha-ketoisocaproic acid calcium (shortened to Gakic). With the additional ingredients being:

Dextrose, maltodextrin, citric acid, sodium citrate, sodium gluconate, polyvinylprrolidone, natural and artificial flavors (modified food starch, corn syrup solids, gum acacia, silicon dioxide), acesulfame-potassium, sucralose, fd&c red no. 40.

Without getting too complicated with the science of things, I will try to briefly explain how and why these ingredients are effective in performing the suggested tasks.

The benefit of Gakic is stated to be that it helps the body to remove and prevent the build up of fatigue toxins such as Ammonia that cause the body to lose strength and eventually fail towards the end of the workout.

Gakic

Price
As you might expect, a supplement backed by the research and technology that Gakic is generally doesn’t come as cheaply as other supplements on the market. For a month’s supply of Gakic you can expect to pay from $60 to $100, the cheaper end of the scale being reserved usually only for online shoppers.

The more important question to be answered is will the investment be worth my money? Will I yield from the time and money measurable and worthy results?

Plainly, the benefits you can expect are immediate gains in strength and workout intensity particularly towards the end of your sets. Expect to push out a few extra reps and get a better pump throughout your Gakic workouts.

So the final verdict? Ultimately the decision is to be made by the individual based on your own goals and training needs. Although as with anything, no results can be guaranteed and will vary from user to user, if you are looking for the edge in your training, it does seem like something to try out. Some people will notice a decided boost from their use of Gakic and others less so but as they say, you will only know if you try.

Gakic Review 2

In part one of my review on Gakic we looked at the science behind the supplement and tried to determine whether real results could be gained by the average joe supplement user. After concluding that the results of Gakic can be backed by scientific and real world proof it is necessary to look further to determine whether or not the supplement is appropriate for your needs and worthy of your time.

Side effects

Many supplement companies are now trying to blur the line between steroids and supplements. Not in terms of the ingredients of the actual product itself but the results it can produce. Because everyone wants the benefits of steroids without the nasty side effects like shrunken you know what’s. Gakic is a supplement that some are saying to blur those lines and so people are inclined to be suspicious of the products potential side effects.

As quoted by Muscletech head researcher Martin Heuer, Gakic absolutely has no side effects because it is a natural compound containing only natural ingredients that are already contained in the human body. The ingredients have no potential to harm the body in the way steroids can because they aren’t made from foreign substances.

How is it taken

Gakic is taken in either powder or caplet form. Dosages are one approximately 45 minutes pre workout only and importantly not on the days that you do not train. It is taken mixed with water in a serving of about 30g and should be complemented by consistent water consumption through out the day.
